Over the past few months, you and your team have demonstrated professionalism and achieved great work during the Borumba site investigation. In the past 2 days, I have on two separate occasions, received positive feedback from the Queensland Hydro HSE team members for the proactive attitude TIer1 has towards Health and Safety, active participation in Pre-start meetings, immaculate sites with identified slips and trips hazards, elevated leads, etc. Your team is also helping us to understand and fix the issues we recently had with a few of the Packer tests. This demonstrates Tier1 understanding of our needs to achieve reliable test results which is appreciated.

Tier 1 drilling are a fantastic drilling crew to work with, primarily because the team puts quality at the forefront of everything they do. It’s not often that you work with crews who hold their own work to the upmost standard, always finding ways to improve after each job. Working with them as a hydrogeologist the crew were in constant communication with us to make sure that we were working together to get the data we needed even if this meant changing techniques from hole to hole or during the hole.

When we hit challenging conditions, the crew were always happy to take a step back, pause and approach it holistically using both our knowledge and theirs, this is something not all companies do but makes a huge impact to the result.
